Breath is life's quiet rhythm - anchoring body, mind, and soul. Each inhale a gentle reminder: I exist, I endure, I am. 

呼吸，是生命安靜的節奏—— 支撐著身體、心靈與靈魂。 每一次吸氣，都在輕聲提醒： 我存在，我堅持，我活著。

About Artist 關於藝術家 

Choi Po Yee, Doris is an emerging Hong Kong–based artist working in installation and painting. Her practice investigates the intersection of personal experience and societal flux through immersive spaces that invite dialogue. With a background in biomedical science, public health, and psychology, and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Fine Arts at CUHK, she integrates scientific insight with artistic sensitivity to translate lived experience into visual form. 

蔡寶儀（Doris Choi）是一位以香港為基地的新進藝術家，從事裝置藝術與繪畫創作。她的實踐透過具沉浸性的空間，探討個人體驗與社會變動之間的交匯，並邀請觀者進入對話。憑藉生物醫學、公共衞生及心理學背景，並現正就讀香港中文大學藝術文學碩士，她將科學洞察與藝術敏感度結合，把生活經驗轉化為視覺形式。
