Artwork Statement 作品簡介 
 
Through rhythmic ink patterns and luminous, spontaneous colours, forms are transformed into abstraction. The brush moves freely between essence and form, ultimately revealing a timeless painting of the heart - a sincere expression of inner spirit. 
 
以旋動的巴紋墨象與明麗的隨心賦彩，將物象化為抽象。筆墨在形神之間自在流轉，最終寫出縱心傳神的雋永「心畫」。 
 
 
About Artist 關於藝術家 
 
A world-renowned artist and designer, Kan learned Chinese ink painting with Lui Shou-kwan in 1967. Kan is an active member of Hong Kong New Ink Movement. Deeply passionate about art, Kan is committed to advancing art education. Kan has earned numerous international awards, his works being exhibited in both local and overseas, and widely collected by international museums. 
 
國際著名藝術家及設計師，1967年隨呂壽琨先生學畫，是香港新水墨運動的活躍分子。靳氏醉心藝術創作及致力推動發展藝術教育。作品屢獲殊榮，並常於國內外展出及獲國際收藏。
